”The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!”

”The room that I was given was too small. For the price that was paid for being on the beach, the room is expected to be an average size. This was not. Also, the walls are paper thin, literally. You could hear EVERY MOVEMENT AND WORD that was said from outside and adjoining rooms. Recommendation is a last resort. ”

”Cute hotel with great restaurants and bars on site. Clean room with very comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet was way beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff in each area. Loved the atmosphere and easy parking.”

”No beach access. Front of hotel under construction- you have to go thru a small plywood area to get inside. No parking and the hotel smells like mold. Nothing like the pictures online. Avoid at all costs. Are son’s asthma is acting up because of how bad the hotel is. So upset that Expedia had this listed as a nice hotel with good pictures and it was a bait and switch ”

”A great place to stay. Check-in was smooth aside from no information to elevators and location of room. We had to go back and ask for directions to our room which turned out to be in the far back location of the hotel. The property amenities are incredible. The pool was beautiful and had many visitors, and the bathrooms were kept clean. We visited the deli/coffee shop in the mornings and they have the best crossiant breakfast sandwiches. Our first morning, we had a very unhappy young lady taking...

”Lovely new facility. Rooms are a tad smaller than older hotels. No plain black tea available for grab and go breakfast, but they are looking to include in the future. Great staff! ”

”Hotel appears to be relatively new. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Ideally located if rooms in Gainesville are too expensive but Gainesville is where you need to go, as they were on the occasion of UF graduation.”
