”very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little...

”During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in window. We waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came out of one of the hotel rooms to check us in. I knew there would be a pet fee, but we were surprised to learn it was $20 per day. We were also looking forward to using the pool, only to find out it had been completely filled in, which was never mentioned anywhere on the website. Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. ”The lock on my door didn’t work. I was never able to independently get into my room. It took six trips to the front desk for a 4 night stay. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the first night, but no one ever did. It was super frustrating to have to go to my room (3rd floor), try the key, and go back to the front desk and have them come up to unlock the door. ”

”I book to stay. Drive 2 hours get here and no rooms were cleaned at 6pm. Housekeepers left and some quit. Only rooms cleaned was the ones that was paid in advance. If you was suppose to pay at property you didn't have a room regardless how far you drove ”

”When we arrived we were informed that they were renovating the facility. We were told they were replacing windows and that the crews would start at 8 am. We were then informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. They did start replacing windows the next day and were banging and making a LOT of noise with drills. We opened the back door to our room to get fresh air. My sister had her service dog with her and the dog would bark when they were banging and making noise drilling. She barked...
