”Most of the staff at the front desk were not very friendly, particularly upon our initial arrival after 12 hours of travel with two very young kids. It seemed to be constant confusion as to whether the pool was opened or not, including letters saying that the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed and signs almost always up during our stay that said 'pool closed.' The breakfast and staff there was excellent. Overall, it was mostly a good visit.”
”This hotel does not have continental breakfast. The pool area was very nice. I loved the theming and there was a nice hot tub. There were no towels though so I had to walk to the front desk to ask for more.
The sheets on the pullout couch had black stains but appeared clean. Only 2 bath towels in our room for 3 ppl. AC was broken everywhere except the room but the room was nice. Overall not a great experience for the price. More like a $80 room instead of a $120 room. But it was clean.”
