”Not a good continental breakfast. No spare toilet paper in room. No UsB ports. No drinking cup. No in room coffee machine. Key pass on exterior door broken. Heat worked ok. Seemed fairly clean. Bathroom small but functional. ”

”I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

”The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155.”

”Require $20 dollar deposit on key. Returned key, deposit has not showed up on my card as of a week later.”

”Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
