”The home is large, single story. In neighborhood of big older homes. Well maintained with newer bathrooms and appliances. Wood floors have been neatly preserved. About 100 steps to large outlet mall and 2 blocks to Franklin street stores and restaurants. Walk to beach about 20 minutes so we drove. There are 2 living rooms, a front room w table and chairs and an eat-in kitchen seating 6. The deck off kitchen has seating for 5 and the large backyard has a fire pit and seating area. Great for...
