”Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night. ”

”No blow dryer in room-had to go buy one-no hot tub as promised-no coffee maker in room, had to walk a city block length to get a complementary cup of coffee-breakfast was a granola bar and choice of banana or a tangerine. Most of the staff barely speaks English. Room was very clean but had a high chemical smell to the point it was almost nauseating! Price for 1st night was $47 more than quoted.”

”The property was under renovation while we were there. Our room smelled very clean. It looked like things were recently painted, but we saw rusty hinges and damaged curtains. The floor tiles near the bathroom can be slippery when wet, take care! They had a standard hot breakfast with breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, yogurts, and waffles. They noted their renovation work will continue with their new ownership by Best Western. ”
