”Trash was all over the parking lot. There weren't enough staff on duty to help control customers or check-in. Water was everywhere from kids running to and from the pool across the hotel, including the elevator floors. The only things that made the experience decent was the bed and the breakfast. A sold out hotel for a weekend was too much for use man working the desk and managing the chaos.”

”This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Room and lobby were nasty. Every 3 feet you walked in the entire building, your nose was hit with a different smell, all bad. -00000000/10. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Broken glass on the ground next to the pool and back door entrance. Just all around NASTY”

”Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

”The property a/c unit routine maintenance. The unit started making loud noises in the middle of the night. I brought it to the staff attention the staff was aware of it. The staff apologized without offering any accommodations or reassurance the issue will addressed.”

”The air conditioner was not working, tried to cool room for 30mins. Sat on the bed may have used a couple towels. Went to front desk to check out, they offered to swap rooms but I insisted refund. Got with 3rd party about refund to call hotel, hotel lied about me using the room. Accessible location, front desk just doing their job- poor management. They had also duct tapped a window that was busted in the room & it was supposed to be non smoking.”
