”After driving 12 hrs and exhausted we finally arrived to checking to our room that we booked a week ahead. Only to find out they only check in guest from 3 to 6 pm , this was not made clear on the booking site ! This is a hotel . My children and I had no where to sleep in the dead of night with no cell phone signal in the middle of nowhere at 11 at night . After no success in reaching the hotel staff we needed up driving a Treacherous Road almost hit six deer but finally found a town two hours...

”We loved the hotel the food was great in the restaurant. I would of liked a hair dryer and air conditioner in the rooms.”

”My expectations were high because this is a relatively new hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby was clean and smelled pleasant. The room itself looked nice at first glance; however, cleanliness became a concern. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, one pillow had hair on it, and the top sheet had visible dirt on the right side of the bed. I appreciate that the front desk staff responded promptly and kindly replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets. Unfortunately, the odor...
