”The outside of the property is quite lovely, having lots of plants and the site is very clean. We arrived late, so didn't check in with the front desk. Instead they left a sealed envelope on the door, telling us where to locate the key to our room. The bathrooms are updated and nice. I would recommend taking out the carpet in the living areas and replace with laminate, wood, or other non-carpet option. I personally feel the carpeting is very hard to keep clean and makes the room look...

”Persoonallinen B&B Sant Cruzissa. Loistava aamiainen, joka sisälsi esimerkiksi tuoreita hedelmiä, mehua, crossantteja, leipää, keitettyjä munia, jugurttia, muroja ja joka aamu erikseen henkilökunnan kokkaaman pikkuannoksen (esim. eggs benedigt). Huone oli suuri ja siisti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Paikka hieman etäällä ihan keskustasta, vaikkakin kävelymatkan päästä löytyi ruokapaikkoja. Paras jos on auto matkassa.”

”Hotellissa ei ole respaa, vaan avaimet saa numerolukollisesta boxista. Ohjeet olivat selkeät. Autolle on viereisellä tontilla hyvä pysäköintitila. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huone siisti, äänet viereisistä huoneista kuuluivat selvästi. Ympäristö on pimeän aikaan kulkijoita täynnä, kuten koko alue, asunnottomia on valitettavan paljon. ”

”Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed, cozy and charming studio with an amazing view of the Upper Truckee River! The friendly host welcomed us and provided a helpful tour of the studio. Loved the gorgeous stone floors throughout, contemporary mountain home aesthetic and the convenience of the mini fridge! The heating unit was a tad bit tricky to operate but the host was very responsive and helped us figure it out! We had a great getaway and only wish we had time to stay...

”Quiet”

”Room was clean, roomy, more than adequate for 4 people, our 2 boys shared the king bed in the front room. The smaller private room has a full closet, queen bed and cable tv on a big screen. Mini-fridge was actually cold!! All the beds were comfortable and you cannot beat the location, we walked to the boardwalk and wharf daily! Indoor heated pool and spa! Nice place, quiet and in the best location for tourists activities. We would stay again.”

”Situated in an area where one would expect to pay more, within walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square. A few, minor improvements are needed: poor heating, blinds don’t block enough sunlight, sleeper sofa is extremely small, and both the sofa and bed could be more comfortable. Biggest downfall are no hot water (tepid at best), loud outdoor traffic. On the plus side, management replies quickly and rooms are clean”

”Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Location, view, awesome deck and hot tub, well equipped house and a wonderful, friendly, and responsive host. Would come back in a heartbeat.”
