”Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be...
