”The hotel was in a very convenient place right next to Teramachi Street. Bus from Kyoto station stops right in front of the hotel. A lot of food places nearby. Sound echoes in the hotel a bit so you can hear e.g. the hallway sounds easily.”

”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan. In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....

”I really enjoyed my stay here. The style of the hotel is beautiful and the overall vibe is great. I especially loved the coffee shop in the lobby—it’s such a nice spot to relax. The location is super convenient for transportation, and the staff are very welcoming and kind. The only downsides for me were the air circulation in the room, which wasn’t very good, and the hair dryer—it’s not great if you have long hair. Other than that, everything was lovely and I’d be happy to stay here again.”
