”Great service and good amenities. Only thing I wanted to change was to bring our luggage to the room upon checking in. We did not have many luggage but other hotels usually bring them to the room. ”

”If you’re going to stay in Kyoto this is a good choice. Good location & accommodating staff. Close enough to Kyoto station to walk and directly next to subway line and bus. Elevator if you have heavy luggage. Easy check in with machine. Nice lobby and shower rooms. The rooms are smaller but very cute. ”

”Ace hotels never disappoint us. We’ve stayed at the Ace in LA a couple of times and was excited to check out the Ace in Kyoto. The room we booked for 3 (standard twin) was spacious and clean. The decor is always very nice as well. Our reservation included free breakfast for 2 and the food was great and filling. There’s a shopping center and train station conveniently located out their side door. Customer service is always great and we can’t wait to return for another visit in the future.”

”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan. In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....
