”This property is high-end Japanese luxury with elegant yet simple/clean design - meant for a serene break from the noise & bustle of Kyoto, nestled in a lovely mountainous area. The room design is beautiful. The staff are so polite & attentive to all needs - the property manager is always present & a lovely gentleman- each time we would walk out of the property he would run out with water bottles in hand to make sure we carried hydration. We are seasoned travellers & never experienced this level...

”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan. In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....
