”The hotel is located nicely in the middle of a shopping area and not too far from 2 different subway lines. Only downside with the location is that a taxi cant really get right infront of the hotel but it's not a long walk (3 minutes) from the closest drop off location.
Checking in and out is easy and quick with the self service desks and there is staff to help if you require assistance.
Didnt have much interraction with the staff except for one at reception and the cleaning staff of the floor...

”Hyvällä sijainnilla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta ja keskustan kaduista. Vähän englannin kieli oli henkilökunnalla hakusessa ja ihmeellistä sähläystä sisäänkirjautumisessa. Hotelli kuitenkin todella siisti ja huone mukava. Hotellin onsen myös positiivinen kokemus. Aamupala ihan Ok.”

”Well located with an exceptionally attentive staff. what really sets this property apart is their incredible housekeeping staff who actually anticipate your needs by what you use in your room. Complimentary water and daily English language newspaper was also a nice touch. Another convenience was the underground Kyoto subway station connected to the hotel together with a shopping mall! Elegance and service at a reasonable price!”

”The location was really good with walking distance to Kioto city centre. But the hotel building was under major renovation i.e. windows covered witout possibility see outside. That was notinformed during reseravtion. ”

”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan.
In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself.
Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....
