”Lovely, quiet ryokan. Beautifull small garden. Lot of young travellers. Cozy kind of youth hostel. With taxis and busses one can reach whatever place. Lovely personel, except the owner whose moods vary a lot depending on alcohol intake. In three nights the mouldproblem in specially naths started to produce healthinfluencies. No smoking-place and in that meaning very pleasant.”

”My fiancée and I stayed at a ryokan for the first time, and Ryokan Rangetsu couldn't have been a better experience! We stayed for one night, and when it was time to leave, we wished we had stayed longer. The ryokan is truly beautiful, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Our room maid, whose name we regrettably cannot remember, was polite and made our visit feel truly special. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy, and the backyard very beautiful. We also enjoyed the outdoor bath a lot!...

”I stayed for the weekend, visiting nearby temple areas and taking baths. Pickup from bus station was nice, food was great (but you cook your own in "hot pots". Baths were ok. Not very service oriented staff, english skills very limited.”
