”We had a lovely stay. The cottage is charming and perfectly appointed. It is comfortable and full of amenities. We wanted a place that was located in a beautiful setting so that we can relax, but close enough to enjoy the attractions of Lake George and beyond and this location fit the bill. Tom was very gracious and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to come back!”

”This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa”

”Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin on private Sunrise lake. We enjoyed floating on rafts, kayaking, dinners on the deck, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bunk room accommodated our large family well. The host was very responsive when we had questions even on the Fourth of July!”

”The property was pretty amazing. It's 52 acres - we basically had an entire side of the mountain to ourselves. The photos don’t do the house justice. The view of the lake is really breathtaking. It is large, comfortable and peaceful. It"s close to the village and route 9 where so many of the area attractions and restaurants are located. Right down the road from Bolton Landing with all the restaurants. The property managers and great - super clean house. The downstairs arcade was fun for the...

”We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. Brian was there to meet us and do a walk though of the property and even helped us out with local places to go. He is a gem! Although it rained it was absolutely perfect. The yard gave our pups a place to run free but there was also cute areas to walk them all around the area. The views of the water are incredible. Just sad it was too cold to jump in... maybe next time. October was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing and breathe...

”We had a large group of 18 with age ranges from 6 months to 85. This property was perfect and had something for everyone. The location was easy to find and absolutely gorgeous. The property had plenty of water toys, the game room was great! Could not have asked for a better host, so attentive with and a Great personality. We will definitely stay here again!”

”Glenda is a great host and provides nice extra touches such as amenities baskets with toothpaste, Tylenol, etc that are often forgotten when packing. She provided pool floats which we used in the river and the outside lighting has been upgraded which was perfect at night.”

”I would rent this many more times! This was a perfect getaway, the use of the boats were so fun for my kids and I. I loved that it was a home away from home. The host was quick to respond and the property is beautiful! I didn't want to leave, but i look forward to renting this again over the summer and taking my kids here. ”Went up to NY for the April 2024 eclipse. This was a beautiful cabin with amazing views overlooking a lake, particularly at sunset. We cooked all our meals - kitchen was clean, good stock of pots & utensils. Good bedrooms, plenty of room to hang out. Myles was also prompt and friendly with communication, helped make our arrival and departure smooth. Very pleased with our stay.”

”Had a nice getaway with my family in the Cozy Cub Cabin. Quiet street, cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. My daughter enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while my wife and I relaxed by the fire pit. Would definitely return next time we're in the area”
