”The staff is what makes this place outstanding. They are professional, unfailingly polite and helpful. You feel like an important, valued guest. Everyone greets you, hand over heart, day or night, whether you have interacted with them previously or not. They are appropriately engaging. Some have the most delightful sense of humor. If you have an issue with the staff, make no mistake, YATA. Couple this staff with the most gorgeous island I have ever seen, and you have a winning combination.”

I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. ”The hotel itself was great! Very nice and clean, the pool was nice and the gym was ok. The food at the restaurant was also pretty good! What you would expect with that price. Only complain, is that the staff was not so happy.. most of the times they didn’t even say hi. But in the reseption if you asked they would help you with anything you needed.”
