”This condo was gorgeous, large and overall a great experience for our family. Some things to note...the phase 3 building are currently under construction. There was construction everywhere and at first we thought we went to the wrong building. There is no check in per se. We had to go to the sales office to get paper bracelets to use the pool (they didnt have the plastic laminated ones available yet), they also did not have parking passes, which made getting in interesting a few times. ”Mi hermano se enfermo con un salmon que le dieron en el restaurante italiano ademas que la de recepcion no nos dio una buena bienvenida estuvimos ahi el viernes 3 de mayo y el servicio en algunas ocaciones fue muy rudo una de las recepcionistas al momento de querer hacer reservacion para el restaurante me trato muy mal lo cual estoy segura que no hacen con sus clientes extranjeros. Mi experiencia fue deliciosa en cuanto al cuarto, instalaciones, los meseros del area de playa y piscina...

”This was the worst room that we have ever experienced. The host was horrible and didn’t fix anything, but the unit was so bad it needs to be remodeled. Called VRBO and they did nothing. All around worst service that we have experienced in Mexico. False advertising, not room in pictures on VRBO.”
