Our only complaint was the cleaning staff must have forgotten to finish our room after our first night. The beds were made but towels, washcloths, coffee, paper coffee cups, and tissues were not replaced. We didn’t notice until the morning and it was too late to get them to bring replacements. ”I was only at the boardwalk hotel one night, but it was a GREAT night. As a solo female traveler, I felt super safe staying here and enjoyed all of the high-tech features of the room included the heated toilet seat, 10/10 for that alone! I got a discount at the Olive Cafe next door and everyone in the immediate area was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend the location and the accomodations. My only wish is that I could have stayed here one more night, darn work! :)”

”Great location in walking distance to Old Town . Very friendly staff that were very helpful. Had an issue with the ac/heater so called Front desk and reported it. It seemed like a minute passed and the maintenance was there and replaced the unit so I had heat the rest of my trips. Nice room and it had a shower chair and grab bars for me so I didn’t have to bring my portable ones . Will definitely stay here again when visiting family , ”
