”My son plays hockey in the Soo so we travel here often. Our favorite property is this one. Three comfy beds (one is a sofa sleeper), fans, nice bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, close driveway parking, quiet location… it has it all. Very close to the Pullar for hockey families. Close to downtown and the Locks. Dog friendly. Always clean. This is the downstairs unit in a two story home. You can rent both if need more space. Highly recommended.”

”Good value for money. Hot breakfast was decent. We booked two rooms and one was very nice and new but the other was a little run down, not sure why the difference. Overall would definitely book again. Just FYI, this is a three storey hotel with no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor room. ”

”We enjoyed our stay, however, we were disappointed that there was no housekeeping done while we were there. We stayed 2 night and expected the beds to be made, garbage to be emptied, towels and toiletries to be replenished, hut none of that was done. We had to call down to get more toilet paper.”

”A lovely little gem of a hotel. Clean updated rooms. Great location. The ceiling is thin- we could hear the people above us stomping around- I put my sound machine on. It’s hard to reach the front desk- they are open limited hours. ”

”The beds were very comfortable. The food at the snack bar was delicious and so was the food in the big restaurant for Mothers Day. The omelet was so well done. Just right. Our granddaughter loved the biscuits and doughnuts. I just didn't like parking so far away and walking over the bridge”
