”We had a fun time. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the hot tub and heated pool! So nice! We spent a couple hours in it! The breakfast was ok and they even had an evening snack soup and cookies, which was very nice. Staff at front desk was very friendly. The beds were somewhat stiff, and the lay out was a little weird, but we made it work. Kitchen wear for baking really needs to be replaced. We had a hard time cooking with it. The sink in the bathroom was clogging a lot. 4/5 stars.. may...

”Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. ”
