”Alpine Lake Manor was a great fall retreat! The house sits on the lake, so we got a great view of the geese, ducks, & a beautiful great blue heron, along wirh the autumn color-changing leaves! The house had some great antique finds such as a hand made/sewn notebook, a wonderful vase ala Frank Lloyd Wright, and a window shutter wall hanging of the Raven by Edgar Alan Poe. The listing states it has one bathroom and photos show two. In reality, there are three full bathrooms! All on rhe first...

”Love this setting! We only stayed one night before going to Fallingwater the next day, but this setting was so beautiful. The town is cute as well, and we enjoyed the pints and provisions restaurant down the road. We want to come back!”

”Absolutely beautiful. The house was well equipped and so comfortable. The sounds of the river were music to our ears. We will go again. The host was fabulous and saw to all our needs. It is out of the way, but so worth it. And a really good access to the Allegheny Trail, whether you are a biker or walker. So much to see and do and a great place to come back to in the evening. Don't miss this one.”
