”Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. Yet looking back, we missed a dishwasher and a washing machine. And the pool is just for quick refreshments, otherwise it is to small for several people, especially since the pool is shared between 5 apartments.”

”Unser Urlaub bei Maria Pina war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Haus war sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern (großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge und Sofa). Kommunikation war einwandfrei und bei Problemen war ihr Vater sofort da. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊”

”The location costa paradiso is perfect and the view is great. The house is unfortunately not modern at all, uncomfortable beds and all really old appliances. None of the kitchen basics like salt or oil are available, only one roll of toilet paper and all very minimalist. We had to rent bed sheets for 25€ and make our beds ourselves, a bit ridiculous. Suggest to just add to the price and avoid this extra step. House should ideally be renovated, feels like 1980s and new mattresses please!”

”We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. ”Wir waren etwas enttäuscht und auch entsetzt Die Wohnung und das Inventar ist veraltet und zum Teil kaputt Verrosteter Wäscheständer, der unsere Kleidung verfärbt hat. Ein Herd, der total veraltet war, es gingen nur 2 Gasflammen, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Schimmel an den Wänden in einigen Bädern, einige Schränke durch muffigen Geruch nicht benutzbar uvm Die Wohnung ist in der unteren Etage dunkel. Ennio ist ein netter Mann und der Pool ist sensationell mit einem Traumblick.”

”Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts.”
