”Todo muy bien, está muy cerca de varias cosas, lo único que diría es que estaría bien si le ponen un calentador al agua, en temporada de semana santa se pone un poco fría el agua y no se puede disfrutar la alberca, de ahí, todo lo demás fue muy agradable ”

”The place is perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean and the staff on hand were helpful and friendly. The beds were cozy and the kids slept great in the full-size bunk beds. The bedroom window faces out to the elevators. Unfortunately, we were woken up 2 of the nights around 3 am by intoxicated people hanging out right outside our window. The neighbors were friendly too! The property is beautiful. I love being on the ground floor :) Thank you”

”Hello! We just stayed with you this weekend and I wanted to share about my experience. The resort and unit were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. However, our experience with the towel service policy and how it was handled basically ruined the visit. Within an hour of checking in, one of our hotel pool towels was stolen while we were swimming with our kids. Apparently this is somewhat common so that people don't have to pay the $25 fee. We reported it to multiple people but no one...

”I've stayed at this unit twice, an the unit itself is great. But every time we stay in phase one...the check in process is terrible. You never can get into your room even one minute early...even if you know no one has used it. This time the prior guest left the day before...the room wasn't ready till 6pm..what a waste of a day.”

”We just got back today! This unit was very clean and had everything you need. Beautiful view!”

”The condo is very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses and plenty of serving trays and bowls. It could use some additional dish towels and dish cloths. I’m glad we brought a wine bottle opener because we couldn’t find one anywhere. The property manager was very quick with assistance in getting the batteries replaced in the keypad. We only waited 5 minutes and someone was there to get us back in.”
