”Insufficient parking for hotel guests due to a packed dinning area. We had to park our car a distance away from our room and move it next morning to pack car on checkout. Check service was not particularly friendly, however bar staff were great.”

”Located next to the spirit of Tasmania terminal, it’s clean. It has gym which is great. The room is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly but the room don’t have table and chair to do my paperwork and the bathroom make a lot of mess after shower, the water spread to all over the floor, the curtain in the shower is too short to prevent the water spread to all over the floor out side the bath room. ”

”Great location. Clean and tidy accomodation. Area around accomodation could do with a tidy up. Pool facilities could do with a revamp. Room service food was poor and arrived late. Overall, happy with our stay.”

”Sometimes a bit hit and miss on quality of room. This time was fine but there was no TV reception at all. Was tired. So not the end of world. Rooms need to be checked and need feedback forms for reception. Was unable to eat at restaurant this time but previous meals have been great.”

”Elphin Apartments were good option for my one night stay in Launceston. There is a KMart and Supermarket over the road so easy enough to get what you need. I had to carry my heavy bag up stairs, which was a little difficult. ”

”I have stayed here on several occasions and have had an excellent experiences. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. The location is fantastic – it's in a quiet area, but close enough to anything you might need. Communication with the motel was top-notch; they kept me well-informed via SMS, which made everything seamless. My room was clean and tidy, with plenty of mini bar items available. Additionally, the motel's proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient if you have a late...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Small personal touches everywhere and a special greeter in our room. Everything was as it should be and more. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms well appointed, fresh and clean. We have no hesitation recommending to all.”
