”The staff sent texts with information about booking in on arrival. The key system was explained and also the parking and exit from the site. The room was clean and heated with lights on. It felt welcoming and spacious. I was able to park outside my unit and there was plenty of space for luggage and hanging room. The bathroom had good towels and two face washers which is commendable. Unfortunately the spa was not consistently warm on our lengthy stay and the pool appeared to be over chlorinated. Reception staff were lovely, but the guy in the golf shop could improve his customer service skills.”
