”3 night stay for a soccer tourney in Provo 10 mins away. Perfect stay with a lot of shopping & dining nearby. Great location and very clean. Nice and quiet area surrounded by mountains. Would return.”

”The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!”

”We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings.”

”I stayed here last year, and I feel the hotel has not kept up with upkeep of the hotel. The shower's have no water pressure and the shower drains were clogged. They used to always have filtered cold water near the front entrance and now we are directed to a water fountain that was covered in coffee. The breakfast was about the same as before, there was eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, breads, and sugary cereals. Just a few tweaks, like adding potatoes or shredded cheese would elevate the...
