”As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...

”The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment.”

”Great location and definitely ski in and out. Room was spacious but location of the room wasn’t ideal. It looked out on the front entrance and valet area. Also noisy when people were in the hall. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. The rest of the staff was great. Recommend the Sunday brunch, just make sure you aren’t seated next to a door. ”

”Clean property. Friendly staff. Shuttle to Park City Mountain very convenient. Waited not even 5 minutes to get picked up. Hot tub and Sauna were nice. Gym on the property is very basic but not a big deal if you are there to ski. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots and 7/11. It was a good spot. ”

”Horrible bed , sank to the middle , front desk could t do anything about it , we put into a handicap room on 1st floor(1 chair to lounge/sit at table. Food shoppers at frehmart when parking headlights lite up the room at night and in the morning , the black out shade didn’t work to block it .
Front desk not familiar with park city skiing or the mountain. Not familiar with bus schedule.
Pre paid Breakfast ($22 pp) , buffet style powdered egg ( scramble ) bacon/suagage home fries ( same menu...
