The owner is very nice and welcoming (gave me a map and restaurant recommendations) and I felt safe walking to and from downtown Burlington from this location. Parking out front was easy. ”We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip! ”

”This property is truly special. Staying in this lovely guesthouse for 2 weeks right at the shore of Lake Champlain was idyllic, relaxing and rejuvenating. The house has everything one would need, and is situated off of a lovely country road which provides lovely scenic walks. I felt welcome immediately by my hosts and cannot wait to return soon!”

”My husband and I loved everything about our stay. The property is fantastic with a beautiful garden, lots of privacy and you can hear the falls. Inside was just as beautiful with so many delightful details, personal artwork and comfortable accommodations. The hammock chair was my personal favorite spot for morning coffee. Within walking distance of great food and drink. Great location to drive to Burlington. Zero notes. Wish our stay had been longer than 2 nights. ”
