”We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom. The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part. I had to point out that...

”Outside may look dingy but service is great and room is very clean. Right near the highway. Behind is a clean local supermarket like Whole Foods. Would certainly recommend the stay.”

”This is a very family friendly property just minutes from tourist attractions. They have outdoor barbecue grills and fire pits for family use. The property is very clean and every unit is assigned a parking spot so there is no worrying about finding a parking space. The owners are very friendly and have a wealth of information so if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. It is the only place that we will stay when we come here.”

”Everything was great, except for the first night which was after a hot summer day even for this region. With no air-conditioning, the fans which were provided helped a lot. The next two nights were cooler, so the sleeping nights were very comfortable. The room was clean and well prepared. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The price is lower at this hotel than any others. Here, we are outdoors a lot, so we do not need luxury. I prefer the rustic look as it brings back memories of child hood vacations w/...

”This is a cheaper hotel, but the staff was very accomodating, the private beach was nice, bed VERY comfortable, and very clean -- just old. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Quiet, BIG room with kitchen, but don't expect a five star hotel. This is a great inexpensive alternative!”

”What a wonderful stay we had. Listening to the river right outside the window was so peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very kind and always waved hello when he saw us. The room was large. Large tv with Roku. Bed was comfy. Small refrigerator worked well for our drinks and leftovers. Just a great stay. We will absolutely be back. ”
