”Me and and my friend (both women) booked this place for an overnight stay before we head back to our destinatiion. I was a bit hesitant as usually to feel safe we prefer hotels and i am glad we booked here. I have zero complains, place was perfect, clean, organised, amazing view on the river, calm and most importantly for us "safe". I would come again for sure and will recommend this for friends and family!”

”Pros: Checks all the boxes: accurate listing, close to Sugarbush, hot water when you want it, good hosts... no frills, what you need. Master bed seems new and comfortable. Good kitchen, etc. Cons: We had a heating issue... arrived to quite a cold house that took hours to heat up, and no heat working in the upstairs bedrooms when it was 6 degrees outside. so our first night was not fun at all. To the hosts' credit, they were quick to respond and worked on a solution. Mattresses on the bunk bed...

”This is a great location for proximity to local shopping and UVM. It is along a busy road so you have to be aware of that. The inside is clean, comfortable and appealing. Hosts were communicative and made everything easy.”

”The host was super friendly and responsive. She even made fresh dog treats for our buddy! The only reason this stay was not a 5 was TOTALLY MY FAULT and had nothing to do with the owners or property. Unfortunately I did not research which trails and activities in the area were dog friendly and i did not ask about the entry to the home. Our dog is old and struggled going up and down the outdoor stairs. Knowing he struggles at times i should have been more proactive in my research and questions....
