”1 nơi xứng đáng để trải nghiệm. Tới Hà Nội để du lịch 1 mình, bna đầu tôi khá là sợ hãi nhưng nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình. Ngoài ra nhà hàng Rooftop có view Hồ và hay còn mời tôi dự tiệc. ”

”Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

”○スタッフ 受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は 人20万ドンほどでつけられます。 フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルーム あると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。 写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。 ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。”

”The room was excellent for the price, and even had the small balcony (where most space was taken by laundry machine). I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing. I was a bit confused if I will find this property, but there is a sign for the property in the main street and just walk to the end of street and you will find it. Didn't see any staff when checking in, but there was my keycard with my name at the front desk waiting for me, so it was easy though little bit weird way to check in. Also I...

”Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! ”

”The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...
