”Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Die Lage ist eher sehr ruhig, man ist jedoch mit dem Taxi in 15-20min im Stadtzentrum.”

”Good hotel in a good location”

”Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. ”

”The owner who visited from Feb. 29 to Mar. 3 was very kind. The owner waited for me until late. And the cleaner cleaned every day. And he replaced the clean towel. Ho Chi Minh always paid, but there was no such thing. Thanks to the very kind owner, I could travel more easily and enjoy my trip. He also checked my stuff again. If I visit Hanoi, I will make a reservation again here. For your information, I am Korean. I wrote in English so that the owner can recognize my writing.”

”The reception was acceptable. The front desk personnel were friendly. The hot water took a while to flow; the knobs were not label, therefore, it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The breakfast was quite unacceptable. The vendor that catered to the hotel was unfriendly and the menu was very limited as well. The check out time was 12:00 noon; however, the housekeeping staff sort of pushed and rushed the tenants out of the room. This is why the rating for this location earned only 4...

”The building is new, the apartment is nice, modern and fully furnished. I like this decoration, both of living room and bedroom is bright because of big glass door. I think its best place with that price. ”

”This is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi Old Town area. It is close to the center and the walking street. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The house team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this place again. The price performance ratio is very good! ”
