”I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!”

”The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...
