”Great staff Cosy hotel great breakfast The lift was out of order which was a bit of a nuisance and the fan in the bathroom was rather noisy which made having a relaxing bath out of the question I would recommend the hotel as it’s perfectly situated for Snowdon”

”In the first room 87 I think we had something underneath the carpet beside the bed. I did report it. I didn’t like having to take my bags through the streets to the room but could’ve easily been done by the people there. I didn’t realise that you had to go 100 yards down the road to go to the room. I would not have stayed that was three flights stairs up no lift second room number 77 same thing have to takeoff stuff out. Take it back to the Hotel and start all over again. ”What can I say. I love this hotel. The staff team are young and full of fun and energy. Hotel is beautiful. Room fabulous. Food excellent in the evening and lovely breakfast. The hotel is amazing and so relaxing with fabulous views of the Menai strait and Snowdonia mountains. Wish I could afford to have stayed longer. Ally x”

”I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hotel was ‘OK’ but didn’t feel like value for money. The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival. Air con kept switching off in the night so we didn’t sleep well because it’d get hot in the night. There was a big panel of light switches in the room and it wasn’t obvious which switch was connected to which light bulb. The lift...
