”We had an extremely early flight at the airport across the street from the hotel so we stayed one night only. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and explained the hotel amenities (e.g., breakfast, coffee) very well. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a nice place to stay if you are flying one of the first flights out in the AM.”

”Room was clean and neat. Big room plenty of room to move around. Jacuzzi style tub but didn't get a chance to use it. Very helpful staff and manager helped us with an issue we had with our reservation with ease. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great close to all shops and convenience stores in downtown.”

”The Bay Motel was a unique surprise. My wife and I were looking for something simple and affordable to simply sleep while we were visiting our daughter...what a Gem. The staff was friendly and warm, the room was spacious, and the bed was outstanding. When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received. Affordable. Welcoming....

”The wi-fi was out of service. I had a meeting the next day and needed to send documents but couldn't. I asked the front desk at night. He claimed the tech company had been called and also that he reset the router. I asked again at checkout - was told they frequently had troubles with the wi-fi. Thus this hotel, otherwise a good value in a good location, must be crossed off my list.”
