”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. The upgrade included two rooms, providing us with a total of three beds, which made our stay even more comfortable.

”We arrived to see the fire dept blocked both hotel drive entrances. We waited an hour with no word. A fire dept vehicle left freeing the drive, so we drove in the lot. We were immediately stopped and directed to evacuate- still no word from the hotel. I went up and asked a fire dept official what is happening, a has leak. An hour later I canceled reservation and went to another hotel.”
