”The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. ”The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it.
