1) When we first arrived to our room, there was a wet and dirty towel dumped in the corner of the bathroom. We just removed it, felt like it is waste of time to complain about it. However, it left us thinking that is the room properly cleaned?
2) We needed to chase the cleaners who just didn't do their job. When we went out there was a cleaner guy who asked if we wanted to get our room cleaned, we said yes...
