First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: with three single beds (90x190)

Outside :
- A jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 6 people and is available all year round
- A beautiful, private, partially enclosed garden of 5,000 m² and a south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is located in Poilley, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
