”This property is very well kept, the customer service is perfect and the Lobby smells really great! I was only there for one night, but if I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.”

”Huone oli mukava ja todella siisti. Vedenpaine on huono ja suihkussa joutuu viettämään aikaa peseytyäkseen. Toinen hisseistä meni rikki vierailun aikana, mutta onneksi toinen hisseistä toimi. Sali oli mukavan tilava. Henkilökunta tervehti tarvittaessa, mutta muutoin sai hiihdellä rauhassa.”

”Pool area was awful! There was actual yellow police tape wrapped around the pool stairs like a crime scene. The hot tub are was filthy. People come to Florida to be warm and relax by the pool and I didn’t (wouldn’t) use it once! Very disappointed. Room was fine service was good but pool…YUCK!! ”

”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”

”Get rid of the roaches”

”The A/C had issues and room was too cold or too hot left with sore throat. Was not too clean found hair in shower and sink. Floor was also kind of sticky. 3 floor smelled bad for the 3 days like an old folks home. Definitely not worth $175 a night.”

”The property was good , how ever they had plumbing issues and caused out sink to be clog for 3 days . We had to brush out teeth in the kitchen sink in our room. Other wise it was a great stay. Also the breakfast cold be better. Every morning it was the same items . ”

”Room needed desperatly renonovering, things were very worn out, the room smelled molten. Bathroom looked like very filthy because discolouring of tiles. Ac was noisy. Naturally there where roaches. It was the worst looking hotel room i have ever been. Good things: location, sheets were clean”

”This init was listed and charge as a luxury suite, that was not what I would call it. Bare essentials, poor water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. Kitchen listed untensil and in the drawer was packages of plastic gork and knife from some sort of takeout resturant. Very disappointed ”

”The room was radioactive as it was full of mold from top to bottom. We woke up congested and with headaches due to the contaminated environment. We recommend that you do not stay there until the break apart and renovate the place. We asked to move rooms but the management did not see the need. ”

”Muy deteriorado”

” Wry old runs down hotel. Poor choices for breakfast. Pool, old, ice machine broken our whole stay. Shuttle only runs Monday-Friday until 5:30. Woukd not recommend staying here.”
