”The house was well eqipped, warm and large enough to fit us all. The beds were comfy. The weather wasn't great but the large verandah gave the kids some outdoor under cover space”

”Great property for big groups. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (between 3 and 9). The kitchen is very complete and spacious. 2 living areas, and plenty of beds.The outdoor area is very big so the kids can run free. And 3 minutes away from supermarkets. ”

”Had a lovely time at the Farm Cottage. It's not only a pretty home, it's also been really thoughtfully kitted-out. It's always nice when a place has clearly been set up with liveability in mind. The kitchen was really well equipped. Any supplies we needed were available. Plenty of nice places to visit nearby. You won't find many better 2-bedroom stays around.”

”The Park Apartment certainly lived up to the reviews and deserving of its exceptional rating. Hosts, Katie and Daniel have provided an extremely well appointed and comfortable getaway. The lounge area is a great space to relax and unwind. Very comfortable bed, kitchen is well appointed with provisions provided being over and above expectations. Well done!”

Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys ”

”We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...
