”Breakfast the first 2 days was amazing but the last day several people were checking out Monday morning and taking several plates full of food and leaving very little for other people staying there. We had 2 diabetic kids with pretty much nothing left for them to eat at 8:30 in the morning and it was a main reason for staying at your hotel.”

”The big problem was checkin staff, they insisted I was not in the computer despite my copy of my confirmation number, my Real ID drivers license etc. They were impatient and incompetent, particularly in dealing with the names and paper work, and were not pleasant about it. ”We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
