”The mattresses and pillows are horrible need to be replaced. The receptionist did not inform us that they clean the room every other day so we had no clean towels for the next day. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast and didn’t even have muffins, croissants or donuts. At the price they charge a night the parking should be included.”

”Clean and well maintained. Handy location from airport with shuttle service that was available quickly after arriving at airport”

”We liked the bikes, most of all:) entire staff was friendly and kind other than a small encounter with one prior to checking now.. overall great location in the Seaport district and we enjoyed our stay:)”

”Within walking distance from Logan Airport or you can use the very regular complimentary bus from hotel. Staff were helpful. I had an issue with the lock on my door and they sent someone to fix it within 15 minutes.”
