”Cute dated property but the bed was absolutely terrible, the carpet in the room was very stained, the door to the hall let light in all night, bathroom fan and air conditioner were so loud that it was difficult to sleep if either of them were on. Lots of potential but looks like the owners have no desire to make any improvements or even repair things that are falling apart or broken.”

”We loved our stay at Cliffside Inn! The inn is in a beautifully landscaped location right by the ocean. It was a short drive from where we arrived from the ferry from Pictou. The owners were very helpful and friendly. A wonderful continental breakfast each morning with excellent coffee. We were in a room apart from the main inn, so very private. The room was large and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a coffeemaker. We loved it!”

”Les hôtes Barbara et Thomas ont été très accueillants et présents tout au long de notre séjour. Le site est enchanteur et la nourriture est exquise. Thomas a judicieusement fait un accord mets / vin à notre grand bonheur et satisfaction. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et décorée sobrement mais avec goût. Pour terminer, une mention d’honneur pour Barbara qui s’est exprimé en français avec nous alors qu’elle est d’origine Suisse. Cet endroit est définitivement un coup de cœur! Johanne et...

”Comfortable bed, quiet, older property quaint. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Nice view of the harbour from our window and lots of fresh air. Washroom was small but clean. There was a deer in the parking lot when we arrived which was neat.”

”Le Scotsman est un hôtel forminable. Leur propriétaire sont des gens qui font cela avec leur coeur. Les chambres sont vonfortable. Leur produits de toilettes comme gel douche et shampoing sont de hautes game. Le Scotsman a une tradition d'offrir un verre de vin (blanc ou rouge) a leur invité sur la. terrace pour socialise. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et cela a été un bijou de découverte un gros merci encore une fois pour cet bel accueil”

”Check in was fine. There was a note on the door with a number to call and the person came very quickly to get us a key. The room was quite clean however there were 2 huge spiders and an earwig as soon as we went in the bathroom and a few more creatures this morning. The beds were comfortable though. It was quite overpriced in our opinion but with limited hotels there wasn't many options.”
