”DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL CHECKED IN AND CHECKED THE HOTEL ROOM AND THE SHEETS WERE ALL DIRTY WITH WHITE STAINS AND MY ROOM HAD A Cockroach IN IT TOO AND WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT WITH PHOTOS AND VIDEO Evidence THEY STARTED DENYNG IT THAT THEY CLEANED THE ROOM BUT ONCE WE GOT THERE THE DOOR WAS ALREADY OPENED FOR NO REASON WE CHECKED IN AND CHECKED OUT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND AT ALL FOR THE ROOM PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND...

”Front desk was new employee but super friendly and so was the house keeping girls..will gladly revisit anytime . thank you”

”The elevator was not in service. The TV fell off the wall but we were able to secure it from crashing to the ground.”

”Clean rooms”

”Staff stopped in each day to see if we needed anything, Room was large, bed was comfortable, liked the 2 sinks, wifi was good but not secure, breakfast was fair to good where eggs and sausage weren't very warm.The room was very damp-maybe somewhat weather-related-hard to get comfortable.”

”A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

”Property was ok. Older, needs some update. If just needing a place to sleep for a night, this works. Staff were polite.”

”Unfortunately our room smelled bad when arrived. Smelled like toilet didn't work. Later in the night we smelled cigarette smoke and woke up to our room smelling like stale cigarettes. Did tell front desk staff and they mentioned talking to manager when they arrived. It is too bad that it was a nice hotel but the smells were horrible”

”When we checked in and there was no towels but staffs did brought it up quickly and we don’t like pillows they are too flat/soft. That’s all love the design of room.”

”Nobody at the reception desk to check us in on arrival. 3 people in line ahead of us. Had to go eat dinner and come back. Only 2 functioning lights in the whole room. Holding fixtures in the shower were broken - no place to put your soap or shampoo. Freezer dirty with leftovers inside. The toilet did not flush! Had to remove toilet tank lid and operate the flapper valve by hand as the chain was broken. Asked for a discount on the room the next morning. Was told the manager (Ishan) was not there...

”It was clean. The shower was great. Location was near the mall.”

”Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us.”
