”Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”There was no hair dryer in my room and the desk manager said they didn't provide hair dryers. He was wrong and did find one for me for my 2nd night. Breakfast was lame. Toast, bagels, or cereal. No lids for the cups to carry the coffee. No spoons for the cereal - had to use a fork. My shower adjuster fell of so I had to use a hard massage. No shower gel in the container. Parking was good. Bed and sofa comfortable. Pillows not great.”

”The hotel was really nice. I really liked the pool and hot tub. The pool could have been a little warm and for the price a free breakfast would have been an added bonus. My only disappointment I had was when I asked the staff if I could have late check out. He said they only give late check out to their high end exclusive members. It made me feel like the average person doesn’t matter to them.”
