”This property was exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private. The family are lovely and super friendly. The communication easy and the daily breakfast was a fabulous way to start the day. I couldn't recommend this property enough if you are looking for somewhere central and easy to base your stay in southern Sri Lanka this property is worth a look. ”

”We were given an upgrade...very thankful for the huge room. Great air conditioning unit..plus fans. Staff were all happy and helpful. A special thank you to Isuru from the Rooftop Restaurant and Bar. He helped me choose the right Sri Lankan option at breakfast...it was fantastic and a lot of food...all superbly cooked by the chefs. Pool on the Rooftop with Spectacular views of the Hiriketiya Beach. Also to watch the daily antics of the local monkeys. Location 100mtrs to the beach. Lots...

”Immaculate cleanliness, very spacious luxurious room.
Its a little away from the bustle so it has a few advantages and drawbacks.
Excellent value for money in what you get, really nicely appointed accomodation.
Having a washing machine is also very convenient.
Very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend! ”

”Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels.
Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation.
Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated to them, and Expedia said they cannot honour after I arrived at the hotel. Won’t be booking with them again.
The only good thing was the beach was close to the hotel and easy access. Staff were...
