Villa Morus spans 278 m2 of living space and 650 m2 of garden area. The spacious green plot filled with Mediterranean vegetation offers the perfect place to relax.

The villa consists of a ground floor, featuring a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a playroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a garage.

On the upper floor, you will find the living area. The modern architectural style and design in soft and gentle tones make the space comfortable and relaxing. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, while the dining room can accommodate nine people. The spacious living room is ideal for enjoyment and relaxation.

The villa has four air-conditioned, beautifully decorated bedrooms located on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds of the same dimensions and share a bathroom located outside the rooms. Bed linen and towels are always available. The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary amenities, providing you with the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

On the terrace, there is a large heated pool measuring 10x5 m (50 m2) and 1.55 m deep, surrounded by five sun loungers for relaxation and enjoyment under the Mediterranean sun.

Villa Morus offers a gym for those who wish to maintain their fitness during their vacation. Additionally, there is a PlayStation and table tennis for fun and adventure. The youngest guests can enjoy the playground.

Reservations are not accepted from individuals under the age of 25.
We retain the right to decline reservations that do not meet this criterion.
Additionally, the house rules strictly prohibit parties or events, as well as smoking.
Please note that pets are on request an additional charge is possible.

Security deposit: 500 euros. For groups under the age of 25, prior approval from the agency is required. In such cases, the security deposit is 1000 euros. This will be collected in cash and returned on the day of departure.
