”As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!”

”As a solo female traveler this hotel and this small town, I never once felt unsafe. Caterina is absolutely wonderful and such a sweet soul. The room was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. It’s right in the city center around the corner for countless restaurants and the beach. Everyone I came across in Polignano a Mare is very friendly. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat.”

Parfait pour un repas du soir avec le bruit des vagues comme fond sonore. Petit déjeuner excellent (plateau de charcuterie, fromage, fruit frais, viennoiserie, gâteaux...). ”This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning...
