The beautiful Finca Gloria is a traditional villa built with Mallorcan stone, located in expansive gardens that offer a sense of tranquility and privacy. Outdoors, the villa features a well-equipped barbecue area and a dining table on a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious meals al fresco. In addition, its spacious terraces provide charming views of the pool area, creating the ideal atmosphere to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Situated in a quiet area, the villa is perfect for couples or small groups seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation.



Inside, Finca Gloria boasts two cozy bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, while on the first floor, the second double bedroom is an open-plan room with an en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.



The villa also features a spacious living and dining room with wooden beam ceilings, adding a rustic and elegant touch. From this room, the terrace doors lead directly to the gardens and pool area, creating a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a small laundry area and a pantry, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the ground floor has a guest toilet for extra convenience.



Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms from 14:00 to 16:00 and form 20:00 to 08:00.

Información a tener en cuenta:



En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina.



El día del check-out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos.



El registro de huéspedes es exigido por la ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) y Grecia (Ley 4446/2016), por lo cual cercano a su fecha de llegada, enviaremos un link de check-in online para el registro de todos los huéspedes.
