The complex in which the apartment is located offers a large 9 x 5 meter chlorine pool with a constant depth of 1.70 meters. Around it you will find several sun loungers and an outdoor shower so that you can wash off the salt and sand before going up to the apartment. It has a charming 7 m2 terrace where you can have a drink and relax at nightfall.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and shows a comfortable and modern style. The dining room is equipped with TV, AC and a table for 5 people. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds and a fan. Moreover, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

Port de Pollença is a coastal family and quality destination. The apartment is located a few meters from the sandy beach and from there a fantastic walk begins until you reach the center of the port and its unique promenade full of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. A visit to the town of Pollença is a must to get to know the Mallorcan traditions and customs.
