The finca is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location there is quick and easy access to Port de Pollença (the latter being particularly well known for its beautiful coastline, its beautiful beaches and its wide variety of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença where you can also find a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings.

This 200 year old house has been tastefully restored by the owners. During the winter of 2020 and 2021 it has undergone a new and careful renovation in which a modern style has been combined with the traditional elements of an old Mallorcan house. The result is a much more modern house adapted to modern times while preserving the character of the old local architecture. Amongst the improvements carried out in this latest reform are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all the bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring and new modern lighting throughout the 200 year old house which has been tastefully restored by the owners. From the main entrance of the house you enter into a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted archway. From this room we can go into the kitchen, probably the part of the house that has best maintained the style that the finca had in the past. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and fridge. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and two bathrooms. From the entrance a staircase leads to the upper floor where we find first of all a living room with sofas where you can enjoy a good movie on the magnificent 65-inch TV. The smart TV is equipped with wireless internet connection so that guests can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms. Upstairs are the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), as well as a terrace from which the views are lost in the distance. It is worth mentioning that the house has different configurations for the beds, being possible to convert some of them to double beds, (always under request) allowing the distribution of the house with 3 double beds and 2 twin beds. Outside, whose floors have also been completely renovated, there is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as a covered terrace with the necessary furniture to enjoy outdoor meals (previously cooked on the barbecue that is there) and, of course, the swimming pool where you can cool off if you wish. There is also a billiard table on one of the terraces where you can spend a pleasant time with friends or family. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the area in which this villa is located is ideal to go for a walk, either on foot or by bicycle, as there are several secondary roads with little traffic. In addition, the property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
