"Clara R" is a beautifully appointed 6-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 130 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the upper floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for shared meals and relaxed evenings. From this floor, you have direct access to 1 of the 2 terraces, which is partly covered. A well-equipped kitchen is also located on this level, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a direct exit to the swimming pool. This floor also includes 1 room with 1 bed and a bathroom with bath and WC. A second terrace, also partly covered, provides additional outdoor space from this level.

On the second upper floor, you will find 4 further bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms each feature 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A third double bedroom on this floor also offers 2 beds of the same dimensions, while a fourth room features 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
